We try to describe all our items accurately to aviod disappointment. The colours may vary slightly, due to the limitations of some browsers and monitors. Some of our items are handcrafted so there are variations.

In the event that we are unable to supply any items we will inform you as soon as possible.

Pricing and VAT

VAT at the current rate is included in the price. Product prices do not include delivery.

Ordering

You can order online or, if you prefer, you can telephone us during office hours, which are Monday -Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm Telephone 07903 157095. We accept credit and debit cards over the phone.

Ordering is easy just state the number of each item required and click to add to your shopping cart, and then move to the next. item.When finished you then go to payment options.

Credit/Debit Card Payments, And Paypal Accounts

We use PayPal, which is the fast, easy, and most importantly, secure method of payment, and you DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

To pay directly by credit/debit card simply click on: 'Continue'' at the login prompt. Your payment will be taken direct from your entered card details.

If you have a Paypal account, please ensure that your details are up to date, and that your registered card has not expired. Also that you know your password.

It is important that you return to our site after completing payment information, you will then receive a computer generated confirmation of your order by email. We will send an Invoice to confirm that your order is in stock and ready for shipping.

Payment by Cheque

You may also pay by cheque if you prefer just click on this option at check-out. You will receive a computer generated confirmation of your order by email. We will then send you an Invoice once we have checked your items are in stock .You can then download a copy of your invoice and send it with your payment to:

Cheques should be made payable to Ciel Bleu. This option does take longer before delivery, the cheque has to clear at the bank, so please allow extra time, maybe up to two weeks.

Delivery

You will receive an email to let you know when your items have been shipped.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries,at just £3.50 per order within the UK. We will despatch goods within two business days for Pay Pal, cheques must be cleared before we despatch. We use standard delivery which is usually 3-5 working days from despatch.

For express or next day delivery , deliveries outside of the UK please contact us for charges.

Please supply us with full address including postcode, to prevent any delays.

Returns

Here at Ciel Bleu we are sure you will be pleased with your purchases, however, if for any reason you are not entirely happy please contact us immediately. By email : cielbleu@tiscali.co.uk or by phone on: 07903 157095.

We will arrange either a refund, exchange, or a credit voucher, as you prefer. Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and must be undamaged and in a saleable condition. we recommend you use a delivery method which requires a signature, we cannot be responsible for lost items. We will require you to pay for the return postage.

Damaged Goods

Please notify us immediately by email or by phone and we will arrange replacement.
